These Terms of Service govern your use of the ManagedSites platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.
ManagedSites provides tools to create, host and manage websites for local service businesses. We may update or change features from time to time.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of any content you upload or publish through ManagedSites. You grant us the right to host, display and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
You must not upload or publish content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing or otherwise objectionable.
Fees are charged according to the plan you select. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription charges are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time from your billing page.
The ManagedSites platform, its designs, code and branding are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without permission.
We provide our services on an “as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
